CBR Consultants has merged with Black Mountain Engineering, LLC and covers a wide prospect of engineering, due diligence and project management for each of the clients before purchasing and proceeding with any development. CBR Consultants has diverse engineering background from hydrology, highway design, water, sewer, hill side analysis, master planning of large subdivisions, commercial and industrial developments, airport, re-zoning, neighborhood meeting and citizen participation plans, property investigations and project management of construction. CBR Consultants has completed zoning processes and all government entities for permit approvals.

Papago Vista - Phoenix

This project was developed by Aztec Homes out of Scottsdale, AZ. The project consists of three 4-plexes and one 3-plex development. This development engineered from pre- application review to construction permitting at the City of Phoenix.
